Do you want to work with customer contact, service, and sales in a key role where you become the company's face to the outside world? Ullstämma Fordonsteknik is now looking for a service advisor who wants to contribute to satisfied customers, efficient workshop operations, and increased sales.

Ullstämma Fordonsteknik is affiliated with Autoexperten, a nationwide retail and car workshop chain and a leading player in the Swedish automotive market, with approximately 54 stores, 370 affiliated workshops, and over 4,500 corporate customers. We work long-term to make cars last longer – through professional maintenance, service, and repairs for both private and corporate customers.

Our workshop is certified according to the Approved Car Workshop standard, which means that our work is quality assured and reviewed by an independent third party. At Ullstämma Fordonsteknik, we service and repair all types of car brands, and you will have the opportunity to develop broadly within the automotive industry.

About the role

As a service advisor with us, you are the spider in the web between the customer, the workshop, and the technicians. You are responsible for receiving our customers, guiding them through the entire service process, and ensuring that each visit is a positive experience.

Your main tasks include:

  • Handling customers in the workshop and via phone/email

  • Scheduling service and repair work

  • Administering service/repairs in our systems

  • Pricing work and contacting customers with price proposals

  • Handling warranty claims, insurance matters, and customer complaints

  • Handing out and receiving cars

  • Actively working to optimize the workshop's operations, productivity, and customer flow

You work daily with a computer and phone as your primary tools and have close communication with our technicians and other colleagues.

We are looking for someone who
  • Has experience in a service profession, preferably with a lot of customer contact

  • Is sales-driven and thrives in an environment where customer satisfaction and results are in focus

  • Is good at building relationships and enjoys meeting customers

  • Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and is solution-oriented

  • Is independent, structured, and completes what you start

  • Has a technical interest and basic understanding of workshop work
